NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS OR ORDERS 

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you enjoy your Parfums du Ciel experience. If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns of unused items only, subject to the terms below. 

Return Conditions 

  • All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

  • Exchanges are not offered. 

  • All returns require authorization and a return shipping label issued by Parfums du Ciel.

International Orders 

All international orders are final sale. 
No returns or refunds are accepted on international shipments

Refund Processing & Fraud Prevention 

Due to return fraud prevention measures, all returned items are inspected for authenticity and condition once received at our facility. 

Upon successful verification, a refund of 50% of the item or order total (excluding shipping) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
