Shipping & Order Policies — Parfums du Ciel 

Order Processing Time 

Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time does not include shipping transit time. 

Shipping Methods 

We offer standard shipping on all domestic orders. 
Standard Shipping typically arrives 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on location. 

Certain oversized or specialty packages may require private or alternate logistics carriers. If applicable, you will be notified once your order ships. 

Shipping Costs 

We offer flat-rate shipping on most orders at a rate of $11.99.Refunds & Returns 

. All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Order Verification Policy 

At Parfums du Ciel, we prioritize the security of our customers and the integrity of every order. 

If an order does not pass our automated fraud or security screening, we may require manual verification, which can include (but is not limited to) proof of identity and/or proof of billing or shipping address. 

If we are unable to verify payment and address details, one of the following actions will occur: 

1. We may offer to reprocess your order using a certified payment method (such as          Venmo or Cash App), or 

2. We will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method. 

    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. 

Shipping Delays 

While we work diligently to meet delivery expectations, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If a significant delay arises, we will notify you and provide support as needed. 

Lost or Stolen Packages 

We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout for additional peace of mind. 
If you experience an issue with a lost or stolen package, please contact us at help@parfumsduciel.com. 

Shipping Address Accuracy 

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Parfums du Ciel is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. 

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $11.99 will apply. 

Returns Due to Failed Deliveries 

Packages returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment. 

Weather-Related Delays 

Severe or extreme weather conditions may impact shipping times. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these circumstances.
